10 EASY STEPS TO RELAX AT HOME

Life coming up and down. Somehow time always push you to crafting your path. Sometimes you just need to slow down. Home or kind of place that you may called "home". No matter it small or big but there are couple of tips may help you to make it cool and relax. Enjoy it !

  1. Cultivate silence by taking a short break every day to do absolutely nothing.
  2. Learn how to meditate in the bathtub.
  3. Sit back, relax and enjoy some good music.
  4. Clean your bedroom, then take a nap in your laundered sheets.

  8. Transform a corner into a reading nook.
  9. Have a couple of friends over for a movie or game night.
  10. Pour yourself a glass of wine and cook a meal of comfort food.
